We welcome Eliana Fonseca LLP who leads Amarelaw, a consultancy and training entity that focuses on project and management solutions for the legal profession. She is is a qualified lawyer, admitted to the Argentinian Bar Association with and international career focused on Middle East countries, and currently working and living in Dubai.
With a mix of private practice and in-house experience, Eliana has built her expertise in company set-up and corporate restructuring, international commercial contracts with focus on retail, distribution, franchise, wholesale, after-sales and e-commerce agreements. Showing a genuine interest on technology and innovation, Eliana has developed her knowledge and expertise on legal tech, process improvement, legal design and legal project management.
Her passion for teaching with a background as a university professor in Argentina, led her to be highly active on content creation and delivery of online training and coaching programs on technical and soft skills for legal professionals.
