What a way to end the 2022 year – well done to Telefónica’s In-house Legal Services team for their global award in Innovation in Legal Project Management (LPM).

Applying LPM and human-centred design, their team improved their internal interactions with their legal services, delivered training and implemented legal process improvements.

Their systematic LPM methodology was applied to design 10 privacy and 8 contractual transparency centres for B2C customers across Latin America and Spain.

This is driving their efficient and service-focused internal culture and consolidating their Company’s leading position in digital rights rankings, with a focus on privacy and contracts in multiple group operations.
