Eliana Fonseca is a qualified lawyer, admitted to the Argentinian Bar Association with and international career focused on Middle East countries, and currently working and living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
She works in the Luxury Industry as an Associate Legal Counsel of one of the leading retailers of luxury watches and jewelry in the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council countries (GCC) as part of a team which won the 2018 Luxury Law Summit “Business In-House Legal Team of the Year Award” and was included on the 2018 GC Powerlist of Middle East Teams.
With a mix of private practice and in-house experience, Eliana has built her expertise in company set-up & corporate restructuring, international commercial contracts with focus on retail, distribution, franchise, wholesale, after-sales and e-commerce agreements.
Showing a genuine interest on technology and innovation, Eliana has developed her knowledge and expertise on legal tech, process improvement, legal design and legal project management (LPM).
Her passion for teaching with a background as a university professor in Argentina, led her to be highly active on content creation and delivery of online training & coaching programs on technical and soft skills for legal professionals.
